Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of Browseit (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Browseit provides on-demand cloud browsers that you can drive with natural-language instructions and an API. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Access is currently invite-based; we may grant or revoke access at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break the law, or access systems or data you are not authorized to.
  • Violate the terms, robots directives, or rate limits of third-party sites, or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.
  • Send spam, malware, or conduct denial-of-service or credential-stuffing attacks.
  • Circumvent our usage limits, security, or per-tenant isolation, or resell the Service without authorization.

You are solely responsible for the instructions you run and the data you collect, and for complying with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

4. Plans, usage, and billing

Paid plans set concurrency, included AI usage, and other limits. Usage is metered; exceeding your limits may pause AI-backed features or require an upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content

You retain rights to the content you submit and the data you extract. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and impose limits to protect the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that automation results will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Browseit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here with a new date; continued use means you accept the changes.
